OUR CLASSES
C.H.A.R.M Kids classes are fun and interactive.
Your child will learn many different techniques including:

Each week we focus on a different topic, activities and discussions are designed to fit with the topic for that week:
1. Self Esteem – feeling good about me
2. Positive Visualisation – using our imagination
3. Big Emotions – Stress and Anger (learn to recognise, manage and express feelings)
4. Relaxation - Learning to Relax (mind and body)
5. Happy, Healthy living – Physical and Mental Health
6. Positive Thinking – being Grateful
7. Positive Relationships – friendships and caring for self and others
8. Dreaming Big - Setting goals, making decisions and taking action.
At C.H.A.R.M KIDS, children learn to Calm their Hearts and Relax their Minds in many different ways.
We provide Relaxation and Life Skills coaching for Children between the ages of 7-13 years.
Our program greatly assists all children especially those with ADHD/ADD.
Children face many challenges in life today. CHARM Kids teaches them skills that they will have for a lifetime.
Our Specialised program is conducted in weekly 1 hour sessions, over 8 weeks.
